Northstar Marketplace, a grocery-anchored shopping center in Ramsey, was recently sold for $14 million, according to Tom Commerford, vice president of Investment Services at Paramount Real Estate Corporation/TCN Worldwide, the Bloomington firm that represented the seller.
The 96,356-square-foot center is located at 7876-7988 Sunwood Drive NW and closed on Nov. 29. The seller was Solomon Real Estate Group LLC of Minnetonka, and the buyer was Phillips Edison & Company of Ohio.
The property includes major tenants Coborn's, Acapulco Mexican Restaurant, Anytime Fitness and Caribou Coffee.
