Everyone is invited to put on a happy face and check out the Grumpy Old Men Festival Feb. 27 in Wabasha, Minn. The festivities begin at 11 a.m. with ice fishing and folks gathering in the beer tent at the Parkside Marina. Throughout the day visitors can enjoy minnow races, cribbage and poker tournaments, a spaghetti dinner and more.
