Colorful balloons will fill the sky over the St. Croix River Valley during the Hot Air Affair Feb. 1-3 in Hudson, Wis.
Balloonists are scheduled to compete in races at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
On Friday, a torchlight parade, fireworks over the river and a benefit concert are part of the festivities.
