Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban are competing with Lambert for entertainer of the year. The awards will be presented on April 3. A Lady Gaga/Elton John duet, "Hello Hello," will be heard in the animated movie "Gnomeo and Juliet" but will not appear on the movie's soundtrack album (out Feb. 8), which features only Elton music….
