Tickets, which cost $69, will go on sale March 19. To support Wisconsin's public workers, Steve Earle has released two digital tracks to raise money for the America Votes Labor Unity Fund. The songs are "Harlan Man" and "The Mountain." Both tunes, which appeared on Earle's 1999 bluegrass album with Del McCoury, are about union workers. Jennette McCurdy of "iCarly" will sing and sign autographs at 6 p.m. next Thursday at Mall of America… The Commodores are rehearsing for a tour next week at Burnsville Center for the Performing Arts. The 32nd annual Montreal Jazz Festival, June 24- July 4, will feature Robert Plant, Return To Forever IV, Peter Frampton (doing "Frampton Comes Alive"), Diana Krall, Sade with John Legend and others. The fest features more than 600 performances on 10 indoor and 10 free outdoor stages. Dave Matthews Band is not touring in 2011 but they are headlining four three-day festivals; one fest will be in the Midwest July 8-10 … Billie Joe Armstrong will return to Broadway for "American Idiot's" final three weeks in April. Speaking of Armstrong, Green Day will release a special single for Record Store Day on April 16: a cover of Husker Du's "Don't Want To Know if You Are Lonely" backed with Husker Du's own version of the song. Duff McKagan, of Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver fame, is writing a book, "It's So Easy and Other Lies." So is Creed's Scott Stapp (with celeb biographer David Ritz). It's called "Exposed and Released: The Confessions of Scott Stapp." BeBe and CeCe Winans are doing their last tour together this year…. Arctic Monkeys' "Suck It and See" is due June 7.
