A missing 17-year-old boy was found safe late Thursday in northern Minnesota after police in Hutchinson, Minn., had asked for the public's help in finding him.

Quinn Jacobson, of Hutchinson, who has "health concerns," left his residence on Wednesday and hadn't been heard from since, police said earlier Thursday.

In a news release late Thursday, authorities thanked all those who looked for Jacobson.
