BOYS' HOCKEY

Prior Lake shuts out Burnsville • PRIOR LAKE 2, BURNSVILLE 0: Jordan Moran stopped 30 shots Sataurday to lead the Lakers over the Blaze, ranked No. 8 in Class 2A. Gavin Smith and Will Reedy scored third-period goals for Prior Lake.

• TOTINO-GRACE 6, DULUTH MARSHALL 1: T.J. Roo had two goals and an assist to spark the Eagles, ranked No. 2 in Class 1A.

• BRECK 10, PROVIDENCE ACADEMY 1: Matt Colford had four goals and three assists and Thomas Lindstrom had three goals and an assist to lead the Mustangs (7-2-1), ranked No. 5 in Class 1A, past Providence Academy. Colford scored three times in the Mustangs' five-goal second period.

GIRLS' HOCKEY

Minnetonka edges Wayzata • MINNETONKA 2, WAYZATA 1: The Skippers, ranked No. 1 in Class 2A, got third-period goals from Darby Flatley and Laura Bowman to rally past the Trojans. Wayzata -- behind a first-period goal from Kaycie Palesch -- led 1-0 after two periods. Flatley's unassisted goal at 3:30 of the third period tied the score. Bowman's goal with 3:41 left broke the tie.

• BRECK 6, MINNEHAHA ACADEMY 0: Grace Zumwinkle and Alexandra Wallin each scored two goals in the third period to lead the Mustangs, ranked No. 7 in Class 1A.

• APPLE VALLEY 3, BLOOMINGTON JEFFERSON 2 (OT): Emily Everson's goal with 1:03 left in regulation tied the score and Natalie Breckner's goal 2:43 into the overtime gave the Eagles the victory. Apple Valley trailed 2-0 before Breckner's first goal at 16:11 of the second period.

• MOUNDS VIEW 2, PARK OF COTTAGE GROVE 0: Third-period goals by Lauren Klein and Kathryn Larson led the Mustangs, ranked No. 5 in Class 2A.

BOYS' BASKETBALL

Heritage Christian still unbeaten • HERITAGE CHRISTIAN 63, ST. PAUL ACADEMY 59 (OT): Brad Basco scored 20 points to lead the Eagles, ranked No. 3 in Class 1A, to their ninth consecutive victory. Dalante Peyton scored 17 to pace the Spartans.

• MINNETONKA 84, ROCHESTER JOHN MARSHALL 76: Riley Dearring scored 23 points to help the visiting Skippers (10-1), ranked No. 8 in Class 4A, outlast the Rockets.

• EASTVIEW 74, ST. PAUL HIGHLAND PARK 65: Ben Oberfeld's 23 points led the Lightning. Dion Bradley had 39 points for Highland Park.

• JORDAN 66, GLENCOE-SILVER LAKE 55: Brian Hartman scored 29 points to pace Jordan.

GIRLS' BASKETBALL

Minnetonka wins 10th straight • MINNETONKA 68, ROCHESTER JOHN MARSHALL 39: The visiting Skippers (12-1), ranked No. 4 in Class 4A, earned their 10th consecutive victory.
