A Pine River man was killed in a rollover crash in Cass County early Saturday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Michael D. Kelly, 42, was headed south on Hwy. 371 north of Pine River when he lost control of his truck and hit a sign around 2:30 a.m., the patrol said.
Kelly, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the truck as it rolled several times. He died at the scene. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the crash, the patrol said.
