If you thought Oscar Wilde's story was just about beauty and immortality, you've got another think coming. Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa's postmodern stage adaptation features a Dorian (Trevor Goris) who leads a double life (as he moves in sync to Jay Z's "Forever Young"). A bisexual man with killer looks, he has an unquenchable need for adoration and for sexual partners whom he cruelly discards. Director Joseph Stodola's nightclub-set production is like a David Hockney painting come to life. The company includes Casey Hoekstra, Ryan Colbert and Alexandra Dorschner. It's not entirely successful, but it's an alluring story of lust for beauty, bodies and blood. (7 p.m. Sat., 5:30 p.m. Sun., 10 p.m. Tue., 8:30 p.m. Fri.; Ritz Theater, 345 13th Av. NE., Mpls.)

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
