My plan was to allow fans to watch the Twins' opening series against the Blue Jays to help them determine their, `Picks to Click,' for the 2011 season. The weekend might have done more harm than good!

The Twins dropped 2 of 3 at Toronto as Carl Pavano and Francisco Liriano didn't pitch well in their starts. Only a handful of players came out of the series with a positive start to the season - Denard Span, Matt Capps, Nick Blackburn and Danny Valencia are some of the names that come to mind.

But if you still haven't submitted your picks, now is the time to step up to the computer and get going. I will close the polls tomorrow evening so I can tabulate the votes.

Once again, the rules are simple: Select one Twins pitcher and one Twins position player you think is going to step up with a big year. Last year, you chose J.J. Hardy and Francisco Liriano.

Warning: If you pick Joe Mauer, that means he's going to hit over .320 with good power and 100-plus RBI.

There's nothing on the line here. Just something to debate as another baseball season begins. So have fun with it!
