Second Day on the Hill Day rallyers posed for a photo Wednesday at the Capitol. The group wants to raise awareness of the barriers to employment facing people with criminal records. After the rally they spread out, hoping to meet individually with legislators.

Mark Dayton and Metro municipal governments.
