How does Gov. Tim Pawlenty expect to do on the Conservative Political Action Conference straw poll of 2012 candidates?
"Not well. I'm still not well known nationally and won't register on most polls...The familiarity with me is low much less the support level," Pawlenty told reporters Wednesday.
Would he like to be better known nationally?
"That's not one of my life's ambitions," he said. "It is not just a matter of being known you also have to have -- people have to agree with you."
Meanwhile, it appears anti-tax icon Grover Norquist will introduce Pawlenty at the gathering. Newly minted Sen. Scott Brown, R-Mass., introduced Mitt Romney. To CPAC folks: Who is a greater draw?
