A question for Cribsheeters from reporter Maura Lerner...
We all know of celebrities who have had babies in their 40s - Brooke Shields, Marcia Cross, Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, Salma Hayek, Madonna. But even in the Midwest, it's not as rare as you might think.
Here in Minnesota, nearly 2,000 babies a year are born to mothers on the far side of 40.

If you're one of them, and you'd like to share your story, I'd like to hear from you for an upcoming Mother's Day feature article. You can post your comments here, or send an email to maura.lerner@startribune.com.
