Orono among top 10 most expensive housing markets in the nation

It's no secret that shores of Lake Minnetonka is among the most coveted real estate in the Twin Cities, but did you know it competes with some of the most expensive real estate in the nation?

That's according to an annual survey by Coldwell Banker, which says Orono was the 9th most expensive real estate market in the nation and the only city outside of California to make the top-10 list.

The company's annual Home Listing Report analyzes more than 81,000 similar-sized four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes in 2,700 markets across the country.
