Bent Paddle Celebrates One Year

A year ago our friends at Bent Paddle Brewing began their journey up in Duluth with the goal of making great beer that people can enjoy in the taproom or in the great outdoors. Bryon Tonnis and Colin Mullen along with their wives Karen and Lauren are hosting an outdoor beer festival they are calling Festiversary 2014 on Saturday, May 17th from noon till 6 PM.

Duluth Mayor Don Ness will propose a toast at 4:25 PM and there will be music throughout the day along with numerous activities. Food trucks will be on site and of course beer will be for sale. They have also partnered with WLSSD to make this a zero waste event. Tickets are $10 and all transactions on site will need to be made with cash.
