Not everyone has caught onto our shiny new TCF Bank Stadium

Dome? Really?

September 16, 2009 at 7:07PM

While we tried to confirm this to no avail (registering for a College Fantasy Team and actually holding the draft appears to be an 87-step process, only two of which we completed) the source who sent it is a worthy man. His e-mail:

cbs sportsline college fantasy football lists the weather for each player's upcoming game when you go to set your lineup. (for instance: stafon johnson rb usc at washingtong partly cloudy, etc....)

do you think anyone would mind around these here parts if for my Cal Bear defense it says: at Minn and under "weather" it simply says "dome"?

can't believe the rest of the world hasn't caught TCF fever! oh the humanity!

Now if we can only convince the Gophers that this vast conspiracy originated from the depths of Cal's football offices, we would have BULLETIN BOARD MATERIAL.

Which reminds us: Is there really even a bulletin board in locker rooms anymore? Is that just a phrase with a literal meaning that no longer really exists (like when people talk about best album of 2009, even though vinyl is only purchased by music snobs, hipsters and the over-60 crowd these days)?
