Drugs. A 19-year-old woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 9000 block of Lakeside Trail.

Drugs. A 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Belle Aire Drive and French Lake Road.

DEC. 7

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of three people on the ground at Baker Street NE. and Osborne Road NE. The three told officers that they were making snow angels.

LAKE ELMO

DEC. 5

Traffic patrol. Authorities responded to reports of school buses speeding in the area of Lake Elmo Avenue and Cimarron but observed school buses being driven only at appropriate speeds.

LAUDERDALE

DEC. 4

Violation of restraining order. The mother of a 12-year-old boy in the 2300 block of Larpenteur Avenue reported that her neighbor was yelling at her son in violation of a restraining order. Police reviewed phone video of the incident and spoke to the 67-year-old neighbor.

MAPLEWOOD

DEC. 8

Disorderly conduct. Police cited and arrested a 40-year-old man for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process in the 3000 block of Southlawn Drive.

MAY TOWNSHIP

DEC. 5

Animal concern. Utility workers reported seeing a white horse, with no halter or collar and burrs on its tail, near 120th Street and Otchipwe Avenue. Authorities were unable to locate the animal but spoke to a local resident who said they often see loose horses and donkeys and that they reportedly belonged to someone nearby.

MOUNDS VIEW

DEC. 4

Domestic. Officers responded to a report of a domestic assault at a home on Cheshire Circle. A 24-year-old woman was arrested for domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance.

DEC. 10

Theft. Two reindeer lawn ornaments valued at $75 were stolen from the yard of a home in the 2100 block of County Road H2.

DEC. 15

Property damage. Someone put chocolate syrup and flour on a vehicle in the 7300 block of Pleasant View Drive.

NEW BRIGHTON

DEC. 3

Theft. A stereo was taken from the dashboard of a vehicle that had been broken into in the 600 block of 1st Avenue.

DEC. 4

Property damage. A resident in the 1400 block of Rosewood Court reported that someone had damaged their retaining wall.

DEC. 10

Burglary. An ATM machine was stolen from Unofficial Bar and Grill, 3701 Stinson Blvd.

WOODBURY

DEC. 4

Suspicious activity. Two males kneeling by a garbage can near the entrance of Woodbury Middle School, 1425 School Drive, were reported to police. It was determined that the two were decorating planters in front of the school for the holidays.
