JUNE 17

Property damage. Tires were slashed on numerous vehicles in the 1900 block of 121st Avenue NE.

Theft. Sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 900 block of 99th Lane NE.

JUNE 18

Theft. A 2006 Acura 3.2TL was stolen from the 3300 block of 90th Drive NE.

JUNE 19

Theft. A 53-foot semitrailer was stolen from the a parking lot on the 1800 block of Radisson Road NE.

Theft. A purse was stolen from a vehicle on the 10700 block of University Avenue NE. The vehicle was unlocked and the windows were down.

CIRCLE PINES

JULY 7

Public nuisance. Officers responded to the 40 block of East Road regarding a group of juveniles giving the finger to passing motorists. The juveniles were located and advised to stop doing that.

EAST BETHEL

JULY 5

Burglary. Electronics and a 1998 Cadillac DeVille were stolen from a home on the 3700 block of Viking Boulevard NE. Forced entry was gained through a sliding door.

FRIDLEY

JUNE 28

Missing child. A father reported his daughter was missing from an apartment on the 5100 block of Horizon Drive NE. When officers arrived, the father and his daughter were standing outside. The father found her playing outside with a cat.

JUNE 30

Animal complaint. A woman called police to discuss that her daughter purchased a goat and was caring for it in the backyard. Various options were discussed with the mother.

Animal complaint. Someone called police to report birds were in a laundry room in the 5300 block of 6th Street NE.

JULY 1

Suspicious activity. A woman reported several suspicious circumstances that occurred while she was out of town. She said that when she left, her thermostat was set at 74 degrees and when she returned it was at 72 degrees; the knob on her water softener was broken; and a bottle of lotion she usually keeps upside down was turned right-side up.

JULY 3

Assist public. A woman called police because she was locked out of her apartment. She wanted officers to come and kick the door in. She was advised to call a locksmith.

Suspicious activity. A woman reported there was a naked, intoxicated female in her yard. Officers were able to locate the female's friend with whom she was staying.

HAM LAKE

JULY 6

Theft. A mailbox was stolen from the 16300 block of St. Petersburg Street NE.

JULY 7

Theft. A depth finder was stolen off a boat on the 1300 block of Andover Boulevard NE.

LEXINGTON

JUNE 29

Arson. Someone lit a portable toilet on fire at Memorial Park.

JULY 4

Theft. Tools were stolen from an unsecured pole barn on the 19800 block of West Ford Brook Drive NW.

ST. ANTHONY

JULY 6

Traffic violations. A 19-year-old man was arrested for driving without a valid driver's license, driving after suspension, operating an uninsured vehicle and no proof of insurance on demand after officers were responding to a suspicious man wandering around a business on the 2900 block of Anthony Lane.
