Assault. Officers went to a home to check the welfare of a woman who allegedly had been drinking alcohol all day and using narcotics. She was charged with assault after she urinated on an officer, the report said.

MAY 1

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from the 11900 block of Castle Rock Court.

MAY 6

Theft. Tools were stolen from a vehicle on the 11900 block of Champlin Drive.

LEXINGTON

MAY 9

Drunken driving. A man, 23, was arrested on charges of drunken driving after almost striking a squad car on the 3800 block of Restwood Road. He was released to his mother.

Drugs. A woman, 34, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, obstructing the legal process and speeding after she was stopped for an equipment violation and speeding on Lake Drive and Albert Avenue.

Drugs. A man, 60, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property after a traffic stop at Restwood Road and Lake Drive.

MOUNDS VIEW

Theft. A bicycle, valued at $2,000, was stolen from an open garage on the 7600 block of Woodlawn Drive.

OAK GROVE

MAY 24

Theft. A 1999 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from a driveway on the 2900 block of NW 192nd Lane. The keys were left inside the vehicle.

RAMSEY

MAY 11

Theft. A caller reported that someone siphoned 12 gallons of gas from her parents' vehicle while she was at work at a business on the 7500 block of Sunwood Drive. A cellphone charger was also stolen. She thought she locked the vehicle; however, there was no evidence of forced entry.

ST. ANTHONY

MAY 11

Check welfare. Officers responded to Lowry Grove Trailer Park regarding the welfare of an intoxicated female. The woman, 31, had a .258 alcohol concentration, according to the report, and was taken to a detox facility.

MAY 12

Theft. A boy reported his cellphone was stolen after he placed it in a locker in the pool locker room area at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. NE. The locker was left unlocked.

MAY 13

Drugs. A man, 24, was arrested on charges of possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing the legal process and false information to police at Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Road. He also had four warrants for his arrest from Anoka County and three warrants from Hennepin County.

MAY 16

Assault. A 38-year-old woman from an apartment on 38th Avenue was arrested on suspicion of assault, terroristic threats, false imprisonment and emergency telephone calls violation.

MAY 18

Theft. A handgun and $1,000 were missing from a home in the Lowry Grove Trailer Park on the 2500 block of Lowry Avenue.
