ANDOVER

MAY 29

Theft. Seven huskies were stolen from the back yard of a home on the 2900 block of 181st Avenue NW. A 45-year-old woman was arrested and the dogs were recovered.

JUNE 1

Theft. Bicycles, left unattended, were stolen from Target, 2000 Bunker Lake Blvd. NW.

COON RAPIDS

MAY 19

Burglary. Food and alcohol were stolen from a home on the 11600 block of Eldorado Street NW.

MAY 23

Theft. A cellphone was stolen after a woman put it down in the shoe department and forgot it at Target, 8600 Springbrook Drive NW.

FRIDLEY

MAY 22

Assist public. Officers unlocked a vehicle that was parked on the street and had a baby inside on the 600 block of Mississippi Street NE.

Civil dispute. Officers responded to N Style Nails, 53rd Avenue NE., regarding a dispute. A customer told officers she was upset with the manicure she received. The nail technician said the customer did not pay for a manicure, just a nail painting. It was explained to the customer this was a civil matter.

MAY 24

Animal complaint. Someone called police to report that a person was keeping a goat as a house pet at a home on 3rd Street NE. The resident admitted to having a goat in the home but said he was taking it to a farm later that day. The officer gave him a copy of the city code regarding livestock.

MAY 25

Illegal vehicle. Officers warned a man after he and his son were observed riding go-carts in the street on the 1000 block of 64th Avenue N.

Assist family. A woman called police because she wanted her 28-year-old daughter removed from her home because she continues to argue. The daughter was taken to her home in Minneapolis.

MAY 26

Burglary. Fishing equipment, valued at $2,000, was stolen from the garage of a home on the 5300 block of St. Stephen Street.

MAY 27

Theft. Cigarettes and lighters were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 5300 block of Clifton Drive.

Theft. A GPS unit and wallet were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 2100 block of Belle Lane.

RAMSEY

MAY 16

Animal complaint. A man reported finding a dead, decomposed cat in a backpack in the swamp on the 14100 block of Tungsten Street NW.

ST. ANTHONY

MAY 17

Public intoxication. Officers responded to Chipotle, 2701 39th Av. NE., regarding a male passed out on the sidewalk. Officers helped the intoxicated man up and left him in the care of his wife.

Theft. Four tires and rims were missing from a vehicle parked in the Equinox Apartment parking lot on the 2500 block of Silver Lane. The vehicle was left on blocks.

Theft. A GPS unit was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 2800 block of Roosevelt Street.

MAY 18

Underage consumption. A 16-year-old male student was cited for underage consumption at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. NE.

MAY 24

Public intoxication. A 24-year-old intoxicated man was taken to a detox facility after he was observed stumbling down the street on 38th Avenue and Stinson Boulevard.
