Weapon: A 38-year-old man accidentally discharged his handgun while he was attempting to make it safe. He has a permit to carry and was not cited.

Theft: A bow and case were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 13000 block of Radisson Road NE. The glass on both side mirrors was broken.

Theft: A 1996 Ford Windstar was stolen from the 11300 block of Robinson Drive NW. The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were under the front seat.

Theft: An unattended cellphone was stolen from the YMCA, 8950 Springbrook Dr. NW.

MARCH 25

Theft: A 12-year-old boy was cited for theft after he admitted stealing 40 mints and 20 pencils from the teacher's desk at Northdale Middle School, 11301 Dogwood St. NW.

Theft: A 2006 Pontiac G6 was stolen from 200 block of 110th Lane NW. The vehicle had been left unattended with the keys in it and the engine running.

MARCH 28

Theft: A woman from an apartment in the 10600 block of Tamarack Street NW. reported that her 12-year-old granddaughter had taken her car keys out of her purse and stolen her vehicle, a 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier. The granddaughter returned the vehicle 30 minutes later.

APRIL 8

Burglary: Jewelry and guns were stolen from a home in the 13800 block of Yancy Street NE. Forced entry was made through a service door.

MARCH 31

Theft: A male from the 7500 block of Sunwood Drive NW. reported his cellphone was stolen while it was left unattended on the tailgate of a truck at a bonfire at an unknown address.

APRIL 2

Arson: Three boys, two 12-year-olds and a 13-year-old, started a fire in the woods in the 16200 block of Hwy. 10 NW. They attempted to put out the fire but were unable to do so, so one of them called 911. The boys were released to their parents after being issued citations.

Assault: Officers responded to a home regarding a physical dispute. Two male roommates, ages 45 and 47, were in an argument over one of the males renting a movie on the television. The argument turned physical, but neither party wanted to press charges. They agreed to try to get along.

Underage consumption: Two 17-year-old boys were cited for underage consumption in the 3300 block of Belden Drive. Their parents were advised of the citations.

APRIL 4

Theft: A purse was stolen from a restroom at Jersey Mike's Subs, 2704 Hwy. 8.
