Theft. Copper wire was stolen from a truck on the 900 block of 99th Lane NE.

Theft. Pumpkins were stolen from a home on the 12500 block of Hastings Street NE.

OCT. 26

Drunken driving. A 65-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after he was in an accident and rolled his vehicle over on the 300 block of Forest Drive. He was taken to the hospital for injuries.

OCT. 27

Drugs. A 25-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance and speeding after he was stopped on Lexington Avenue and West Road.

OCT. 16

Animal complaint. A resident was warned of an ordinance violation after her dog was found barking near her home. She brought the dog inside.

Fire. A homeowner on Rice Creek Terrace NE. was verbally warned about an illegal recreational fire. It was larger than three feet in diameter and no water source was nearby.

OCT. 18

Suspicious activity. A woman reported hearing someone lurking around a cemetery, dragging a ball and chain on the 5300 block of 5th Street NE. Officers were unable to locate anyone.

Public intoxication. An employee of McDonald's, 8100 University Av. NE., reportedly was intoxicated and taken to a detox facility.

OCT. 20

Suspicious activity. A woman reported that someone put animal feces in her mailbox on the 1100 block of Hathaway Lane NE.

OCT. 23

Littering. Three couches were dumped at the end of the driveway of a home on the 2900 block of Bronson Drive.

ST. ANTHONY

OCT. 30

Medical. Officers responded to Applebee's, 2800 39th Av. regarding an intoxicated male. A 29-year-old man was taken to the hospital with a .302 alcohol concentration according to a preliminary breath test.

Drugs. A 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a vehicle after he was stopped at 33rd Avenue NE and Croft Drive.

NOV. 5

Theft. A purse was stolen after it was forgotten in a shopping cart at Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Road

NOV. 8

Traffic. A 17-year-old boy was arrested and cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver's license after he was stopped at St. Anthony Boulevard and Stinson Boulevard NE. A 17-year-old male passenger was arrested and cited for underage possession of alcohol. Another 17-year-old male passenger was issued a warning citation for possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle. Officers spoke with all the parents of the boys.

NOV. 9

Drunken driving. An 18-year-old man was arrested for underage drinking and driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructed windshield and license plate light required on 33rd Avenue NE. and Highcrest Road. He was released to the custody of his mother.

Burglary. Copper piping was stolen from the basement of a vacant home on the 3300 block of Skycroft Circle.
