Fire. Andover Fire Department members extinguished a house fire that started from a bucket of embers on the 14600 block of Kiowa Street NW.

Theft. Tools were stolen from an unsecured shed on the 17800 block of Palm Street NW.

NOV. 10

Property damage. Someone threw a bag of flour onto a vehicle in the 12300 block of Pierce Street NE.

NOV. 11

Theft. A wallet and CDs were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 12400 block of Goodhue Court NE.

Theft. An electronic cigarette was stolen from a vehicle on the 2200 block of 129th Court NE.

COON RAPIDS

NOV. 12

Theft. A 1988 Ford F-150 was stolen from a driveway on the 900 block of 104th Avenue NW. The truck was unlocked and the keys were in it. It was later recovered in the Minneapolis impound lot.

Burglary. Cash was stolen from all the cash registers at KFC, 8770 University Av. NW.

NOV. 17

Harassment. Officers spoke to a 10-year-old boy and his mother about him making harassing phone calls to a neighbor on Palm Street NW.

NOV. 7

Animal complaint. A woman reported that a fox was on her doorstep in the 600 block of Kimball St. NE. and wouldn't leave. The fox appeared very weak and an officer took it to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Roseville.

LEXINGTON

NOV. 18

Drunken driving. A 53-year-old man was arrested for alleged drunken driving and striking a squad car after he was stopped for traffic violations on South Highway Drive.

MOUNDS VIEW

NOV. 20

Burglary. Computer equipment was stolen from a home on the 7700 block of Silver Lake Road.

Theft. A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked at KinderCare, 2791 County Road 10. The vehicle was left running and suspects broke the window to gain access.

NOV. 21

Drugs. An 18-year-old Mounds View man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 2200 block of Knoll Drive.

NOV. 22

Fraud. Identity theft was reported on the 2200 block of Knoll Drive.

NOV. 24

Assault. A 15-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault on the 2200 block of Chesire Circle.

RAMSEY

NOV. 2

Indecent exposure. An intoxicated 24-year-old man was arrested on charges of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and lewd conduct after he was observed urinating in the street and hitting cars as they passed on the 14700 block of St. Francis Boulevard.

NOV. 10

Burglary. Cash was stolen from the cash register at Lots-A-Love Pet Grooming, 14011 St. Francis Blvd. NW.
