Drugs. A 32-year-old male was arrested on a search warrant on Pheasant Ridge Drive NE. Methamphetamine was found during the search, police said.
Theft. A weed trimmer was stolen from an unlocked garage on the 4700 block of 103rd Lane NE.
Disorderly conduct. Two adults were arrested for disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Curtis Road.
Refuse violation. A 69-year-old woman was cited for city ordination violations at a home on Galaxy Drive. Officers have been at the location a number of times because of the condition of the property, the report said.
Burglary. Two tool boxes and other tools were stolen from a vehicle parked in a garage on the 12400 block of Crane Street NW. The garage door was left open overnight and the vehicle was unlocked.
Theft. A 2013 Ziegler skid loader valued at $60,000 was stolen from the 10300 block of Woodcrest Drive NW.
Suspicious activity. Bones were found at Riverview Heights Park, 478 79th Way NE. They were taken to the Anoka County medical examiner's office to be examined to determine if they are human bones.
Weapon. A weapon was seized and seven people were cited for disorderly conduct after they were found in a vacant home on the 5100 block of Bryant Avenue N.
Robbery. Two men with a gun robbed a woman of her purse and cellphone on the 2000 block of Queen Avenue N.
Arson. A vehicle was set on fire in the 2800 block of Oliver Avenue N.
Property damage. Fifteen garages were broken into on the 5400 block of Jackson Drive.
Domestic. A 34-year-old woman was cited for assault after officers responded to a domestic incident between a mother and daughter at a home on Red Oak Drive.
Disorderly conduct. A 28-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction with force after a disturbance on the 2600 block of County Road 10.
Drugs. An 18-year-old man was cited for underage consumption of alcohol and possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and another 18-year-old man was cited for underage consumption of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 2100 block of Program Avenue. Officers had responded to a report of a disturbance there.
Property damage. Someone used grass killer to write profanity on a lawn in the 15100 block of Ute Street NW.
Theft. Two dogs were reported stolen from a yard on the 14000 block of Dysprosium Street NW. They were later found at a pet hospital. An unknown female had dropped them off there, saying the dogs were neglected and needed help.
Theft. A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stealing a cart full of merchandise from Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Rd. NE.
