Property damage. Someone put scratches on the trunk of a vehicle on the 13900 block of Uplander Street NW.
Theft. An air conditioner, a compressor and copper pipes were stolen from outside a home on the 4300 block of 155th Avenue NW.
Property damage. Eggs were thrown at a home on the 1200 block of 123rd Avenue NE.
Drugs. A 32-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving after revocation and having no insurance after his vehicle was stopped for equipment violations on Main Street and 20th Avenue.
Theft. Two bicycles were stolen from an unlocked garage on the 11200 block of Hanson Boulevard NW.
Theft. A 2000 Yamaha motorcycle was stolen from the 9200 block of University Avenue NW.
Theft. Two chain saws were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 20500 block of Jackson Street NE.
Theft. A lawn mower was stolen from the 24300 block of Hwy. 65 NE.
Theft. Four ladders valued at $1,800 were stolen from outside an apartment complex on the 6500 block of 2nd Street NE.
Found. An old rifle was found at Riverfront Park near the boat ramp, 5220 E. River Road NE.
Assist family. An officer mediated between a mother and son having differences over marijuana usage at a home on 5th Street NE.
Theft. A security camera was stolen from outside Northway Tobacco, 9135 S. Highway Drive.
Theft. Three bottles of vodka valued at $162 were stolen from ABC Liquor, 2840 County Road 10.
Noise complaint. A 23-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman were charged with violating the noise ordinance at a home on the 1000 block of Montclair Avenue after a noise complaint was received.
Drunken driving. A 23-year-old Mounds View man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, having no proof of insurance, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at County Road H and Irondale Road.
Burglary. Copper was stolen from an unoccupied home on the 500 block of 221st Avenue NW.
Theft. Money was stolen from a vehicle on the 14300 block of Azurite Street NW. The vehicle was locked. However, a window was left partly open.
