Theft. A bike, CD player and beer were stolen from an unlocked garage on the 11600 block of Terrace Road NE.
Property damage. A vehicle's gas tank was vandalized with flour on the 1000 block of 89th Avenue NE.
AUG. 15
Arson. A fire was started inside a portable toilet at Broken Oaks Park, 12726 Fergus St. NE.
CIRCLE PINES
AUG. 20
Drugs. A 24-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and driving after suspension following a traffic stop on North Road and Edge Drive.
COON RAPIDS
AUG. 12
Theft. A down comforter was stolen from a home on the 2600 block of 110th Lane NW. The comforter was left on a chair outside.
FRIDLEY
AUG. 15
Dispute. An officer mediated a dispute between neighbors on the 800 block of Pandora Drive NE. The parties were advised to stay away from each other.
AUG. 17
Alarm. Officers responded to a home on the 5200 block of Imier Drive NE. regarding a burglar alarm. The resident said her dogs accidentally tripped the alarm. She was issued a false-alarm notice.
Assist a family. An officer observed an intoxicated father at 3:15 a.m. making his two teen boys run laps around the block for missing curfew. The boys were transported to the mother's home for the night.
AUG. 18
Animal complaint. A woman called police to report that she was hearing scratching and thought an animal was stuck in the walls of her home on the 7600 block of Arthur Street NE. Officers did not hear any noise and advised her of her options.
MINNEAPOLIS
AUG. 21
Arson. Playground equipment and mulch were set on fire at a playground by a learning center on 23rd and Girard Avenues N.
MOUNDS VIEW
AUG. 21
Drugs. A 35-year-old Fridley woman was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and traffic violations on County Road 10 and Long Lake Road.
AUG. 22
Domestic. An 11-year-old girl was arrested for domestic assault on Groveland Road.
AUG. 24
Curfew violation. An officer drove a 15-year-old boy home after finding him out at 4:43 a.m. on the 2600 block of Hillview Road.
AUG. 25
Harassment. A 15-year-old girl on Woodlawn Drive reported that an unknown male she met on the Internet was making false police reports against her.
Curfew violation. Three 14-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy were cited for curfew violations at 3 a.m. on County Road H2 and Edgewood Court. The boys were released to their parents.
Theft. A 28-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for theft after not paying his taxi fare on the 2100 block of Program Avenue.
ST. ANTHONY
SEPT. 1
Drunken driving. A 21-year-old St. Anthony man was arrested for drunken driving after he was seen traveling over 100 mph on the 2900 block of Pentagon Drive.
SEPT. 6
Theft. Four tires and rims were stolen from a vehicle on the 3800 block of Highcrest Road.
