JULY 28
Theft. Party gifts were stolen from a home on the 14000 block of Raven Street NW. Officers located a male juvenile suspect.
AUG. 1
Theft. A wallet, containing cash, was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 13700 block of Crane Street NW.
BLAINE
JULY 19
Burglary. A bicycle was stolen from an open garage at a home on the 8800 block of Austin Street NE.
JULY 20
Disorderly conduct. Two 18-year-old men played a prank and released mice into Burger King, 12309 Central Av. NE. The manager did not want the men charged.
JULY 22
Drugs. Officers responded to a vehicle lockout on the 550 block of 87th Lane NE. The 18-year-old male passenger was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a motor vehicle.
CIRCLE PINES
JULY 28
Trespass. Two men, ages 18 and 19, were cited for trespassing at Golden Lake Elementary School, 1 School Road, after they climbed onto the roof of the school.
JULY 31
Theft. Tools were stolen from a vehicle on the 200 block of Cobbler Court. Aaccess to the vehicle was gained by forced entry.
CRYSTAL
JULY 27
Drunken driving. A 46-year-old New Hope woman was arrested for drunken driving and unauthorized use of a handicap permit on 56th Avenue N.
FRIDLEY
JULY 25
Suspicious activity. Four individuals were in a vehicle and then got out, walking down the street carrying flashlights at 4:37 a.m. on the 1000 block of Hackmann Circle. The individuals were delivering newspapers.
JULY 27
Theft. A motor scooter and transmission were stolen from Sam's Auto Parts, 1240 73 1/2 Av. NE. Someone dug a trench under the fence around the property.
Assist public. A woman called police to report that her husband gave her car and keys to another woman he'd been sleeping with and that she had her car. Officers arrived and the keys and car were returned to the owner.
JULY 31
Theft. A woman reported a possible theft at her apartment. Officers met with the apparently intoxicated woman and she was unsure if anything had been stolen.
Missing person. A woman called to report her fiancé missing. It was found he was in jail for drunken driving.
LEXINGTON
JULY 17
Child endangerment. A 21-year-old woman was arrested after officers were responding to a medical issue at a home on the 3800 block of Patriot Lane.
RAMSEY
JULY 22
Lewd conduct. On separate occasions, three men, ages, 53, 60 and 62, were cited for lewd conduct after masturbating in front of an undercover officer at Dayton Port Park, 9220 Hwy. 10.
JULY 25
Theft. A trailer full of scrap metal was stolen from the 15400 block of Eland Street NW.
JULY 26
Theft. An apparently intoxicated 35-year-old man stole three pizzas from SuperAmerica, 14000 St. Francis Blvd. NW., and fled on his bicycle. Officers were unable to locate him.
