Drunken driving. A 46-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after he was found passed out in the drive-thru lane at McDonalds, 15232 Bluebird St. NW.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from an unlocked garage on the 2700 block of 91st ­Avenue NE.

CENTERVILLE

Malicious punishment. A 46-year-old man was arrested for malicious punishment of a child after the child ran out of a home screaming for help.

JUNE 30

Drunken driving. A 25-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving and carrying a handgun under the influence after he was stopped for a stop sign violation on Brian Court and Brian Drive.

Obstruction. A 49-year-old woman was cited for obstructing the legal process and leaving a recreational fire unattended after officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Progress Road.

FRIDLEY

Theft report. Officers responded to Friendly Chevrolet, 7501 Hwy. 65 NE., regarding a vehicle theft that turned out to be a clerical error and not a theft.

Animal complaint. Someone called police to report a deceased deer in his swimming pool on the 7600 block of Alden Way NE. The deer was disposed of.

Child neglect. A 34-year-old man was arrested for child neglect/endangerment after he left a month-old baby unattended in front of an apartment on 75th Avenue NE. According to police reports, he left the ­baby there because he was late for work.

JUNE 29

Suspicious person. Officers responded to an apartment on East River Road regarding a suspicious male. Officers learned the male is dating the caller's daughter.

Child found. A lost 4-year-old boy was found at the 49er Days carnival, 7000 Central Av. NE. According to police reports, the boy rode his bicycle from Onondaga Way NE. following his neighbors to the carnival. He was returned to his father, who was looking for him.

Theft. Change was stolen from unlocked vehicles on the 2400 and 2500 blocks of Bunker Lake Boulevard NE.

Drugs. A 15-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana and tobacco on the 2600 block of County Road I.

Burglary. A man entered an occupied room at AmericInn, 2200 County Road I, and stole two safes and work papers.

Theft. A revolver was stolen from a home on the 2100 block of Buckingham Lane.

Property damage. A man reported that his neighbor was mowing and a rock hit his car and home, causing damage, on the 15100 block of Helium Street NW. He was advised to call his homeowner's insurance agent.

JUNE 11

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway on the 6100 block of 170th Avenue NW.

JUNE 22

Noise complaint. The daughter of a homeowner on the 5200 block of 148th Avenue NW. was advised of a complaint about loud music at a party she was having. She told an officer that she was going to shut the party down.
