Drunken driving. A 24-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after he was found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle, blocking traffic at Central Avenue NE. and Cloud Drive NE.

Theft. A woman reported her purse was stolen from a shopping cart at Wal-Mart, 13020 Riverdale Drive NW. She had left the cart unattended.

APRIL 27

Suspicious activity. Someone reported smelling marijuana in the hall of an apartment building on the 9800 block of East River Road. Officers located the source and arrested a 21-year-old man on a felony warrant. Another 21-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana.

Fire. A fence and grass caught fire at a home on 108th Lane N.

Property damage. Someone slashed two tires on a vehicle on the 100 block of West Broadway.

Theft. A 1999 Chevrolet Astro van was stolen from P & N Auto Sales, 8973 Lake Drive.

Robbery. An 11-year-old boy was robbed at gunpoint of his cellphone by two unknown boys, ages 14-17, while he was at Cleveland Park on the 3200 block of Queen Avenue N.

Theft. Someone stole five packages of socks from DEALSmart, 2553 County Road 10.

APRIL 24

Burglary. Copper valued at $500 was stolen from a home on the 7600 block of Greenfield Avenue.

APRIL 26

Drugs. An 18-year-old Fridley man was cited for possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on County Road I and Bona Road.

MAY 1

Curfew violation. A 15-year-old boy was cited for a curfew violation after he was found hiding in the bushes in front of ­Caribou Coffee, 2585 County Road 10.

Oak Grove

APRIL 20

Theft. A 1999 Pontiac Grand Am was stolen from a home on Main Street NW. The owner had let a man stay with him whom he had met in jail, and he allegedly stole the vehicle. It was found abandoned a week later in Pine County.

Theft. Two packs of cigarettes were stolen from Holiday, 14350 Xkimo St. NW.

Burglary. Cash and electronic equipment were stolen from the Institute for Athletic Medicine, 2600 39th Av.

Burglary. Cash and electronic equipment were stolen from Midwest Foot and Ankle Specialists, 2600 39th Av.

MAY 4

Forgery. A 43-year-old man was arrested for giving false information to police and passing a forged prescription at Walgreens, 3700 Silver Lake Road.

Domestic. Officers responded to a home at Lowry Grove Trailer Park on the 2500 block of Lowry Avenue regarding a possible domestic incident. An intoxicated 36-year-old woman was outside a trailer and was not welcome inside. She had a 0.208 percent blood-alcohol concentration and was taken to the hospital for evaluation, police said.
