Littering. A 37-year-old man was cited for littering and possession of marijuana at Central and 97th avenues NE.

Burglary. Copper pipe and wire were stolen from two homes under construction on the 12600 block of Xylite Street NE.

Theft. A woman reported that her wallet was stolen from her purse while she was at Cub Foods, 2050 Northdale Blvd. NW. The purse was in a shopping cart that had been left unattended while she was in the bakery department.

MARCH 29

Disorderly conduct. A dispute between neighbors occurred at townhouses on 121st Lane NW. A man was upset with his neighbor because she never cleans up after her dog. Although the altercation became physical, neither party wanted the other to be cited for disorderly conduct.

MARCH 21

Burglary. A woman reported that while she was in the workhouse, her underwear, jewelry and household items were stolen from her apartment on 7th Street NE.

MARCH 24

Kidnapping. A 34-year-old man reported being kidnapped by a taxi driver in the ­area of I-694 and University Avenue NE. Officers stopped the vehicle, a limousine, and spoke with the driver. The driver said the passenger refused to give an address. The passenger said he was scared and thought he was being kidnapped because he did not see a meter in the vehicle. Officers advised the man it was a limo and not a taxi. He was advised to call another taxi.

MARCH 25

Animal complaint. A live rooster was hanging upside down from a deck on Polk Street NE. Officers spoke with the owner, who said that a friend would pick up the rooster later in the evening and that it would not happen again.

Mounds View

MARCH 21

Weapon. A 24-year-old man was arrested for discharging a firearm within the city limits on the 8000 block of Eastwood Road.

MARCH 23

Assault. A 15-year-old girl was arrested for assaulting another juvenile on the 2200 block of County Road 10.

MARCH 24

Drugs. A 22-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana on I-35W and County Road H.

MARCH 22

Drugs. Officers responded to Willy McCoy's, 6415 Hwy. 10, on word of a man trying to start fights. Possible suspects were located in a vehicle and the passenger was observed snorting cocaine, the report said. The driver, a 27-year-old man, was arrested for drunken driving. The 29-year-old male passenger was cited for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

MARCH 23

Harassment. A woman from a home on the 15300 block of Radium Street NW. reported that she had received eight prank calls from a young child. An officer spoke with the child and said the calls would cease.

MARCH 24

Disturbing the peace. A 70-year-old woman reported receiving an e-mail of a nude man after she put an ad on a website for an older woman seeking a man. An officer spoke with the male and told him to stop. The woman was advised that the man had done nothing criminal and to use a more reputable dating site.

ST. ANTHONY

MARCH 25

Medical. A man was taken to the hospital after he was found passed out in the doorway at International House of Pancakes, 3701 Stinson Blvd. He had a reading of .265 alcohol concentration, the report said.

MARCH 27

Drunken driving. A 22-year-old St. Anthony woman was arrested for drunken driving and child endangerment on the 3500 block of Stinson Boulevard. A 4-year-old child was in the vehicle with her.
