Disturbing the peace. A man reported that an unknown male was banging on the door at his home on Austin Street NE. It was a neighbor who was upset with the man for playing drums that were loud.

Property damage. Four tires on a van were slashed in the 12500 block of Madison Street NE.

JAN. 8

Theft. A baby Jesus lawn ornament was stolen from the yard of a home in the 11900 block of Isanti Street NE.

JAN. 9

Theft. A Bobcat was stolen from the 3200 block of 95th Avenue NE.

Disturbing the peace. A woman reported she is a drug user and is having problems with people who are also drug users. She was advised on how to protect herself from these problems.

Drunken driving. A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after police found him asleep in his vehicle at a stop sign at Brian Drive and Fox Run.

JAN. 11

Assault. Information was taken about a kindergarten student choking another kindergarten student at Woodcrest Elementary, 880 Osborne Rd. NE.

JAN. 12

Noise complaint. A homeowner was issued a citation for a noise ordinance violation for having a loud party on the 7400 block of Melody Drive NE.

JAN. 13

Child found. Officers went to an apartment on the 5600 block of East River Road NE. after receiving a report of a 2-year-old boy wandering the halls. Officers returned the boy to his mother, who was sleeping.

Domestic. A 16-year-old boy complained to police that his mother was knocking on his bedroom door with a hammer at a home on Ruth Street NE. He told officers that he and his mother were arguing because he was too tired to do his chores. He was advised to do his chores.

Civil. A 39-year-old female reported that an unknown female was saying bad things about her on Facebook. She was advised to block the person.

LEXINGTON

JAN. 6

Disorderly conduct. A 26-year-old woman was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process at a home on Minuteman Lane. She was repeatedly banging on the door and was uncooperative with police, according to the police report.

JAN. 9

Drugs. A 25-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman were arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance after their vehicle was stopped for an equipment violation at Lexington Avenue and Woodland Circle.

Theft. A 1998 Honda Civic was stolen from the parking lot at Wynnsong theater, 2430 County Road 10. It was recovered an hour later.

JAN. 5

Drunken driving. A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after officers found his vehicle in a snowbank on the 5700 block of 162nd Lane NW.

ST. ANTHONY

JAN. 28

Theft. An unlocked 1996 Acura was stolen from an apartment parking lot on the 3700 block of Ross Road. The vehicle was modified so keys were not needed to start it.

JAN. 30

Theft. An employee was arrested on suspicion of stealing cash over the past several months from Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Rd.

FEB. 3

Theft. A 22-year-old man was mailed a citation for theft after he allegedly left without paying for his meal at IHOP, 3701 Stinson Blvd. NE. Total loss was $6.99.
