Harassment. A man from a home on the 1800 block of 113th Avenue NW. reported that his mother-in-law has been harassing him through text messages, Facebook and the telephone. An officer advised him on how to obtain a no-contact order. He did not want officers to contact his mother-in-law.

Theft. A 30-year-old woman was cited after she was caught stealing crab legs from Cub Foods, 12900 Riverdale Drive NW.

Burglary. A purse was stolen from a woman's apartment on the 10000 block of Drake Street NW. She left the door unlocked while she went to the laundry room.

Medical. Officers responded to North Star Rail, 6151 E. River Road NE., regarding a woman lying on the sidewalk. The intoxicated 41-year-old woman had a blood-alcohol reading of 0.41 percent on a portable breath test, police said. She was taken to the hospital.

Theft. Copper wire was stolen from a construction site on the 5400 block of East River Road.

Theft. A 1997 Nissan Altima was stolen from the driveway of a home on the 8000 block of Fawn Lake Drive NE. The keys had been left in the vehicle.

Theft. An 11-year-old girl was referred to Northwest Youth and Family Services after stealing a book from Edgewood Middle School, 5100 Edgewood Drive.

Underage consumption. Two 20-year-old women were cited for underage possession and consumption of alcohol on the 2400 block of County Road I following a complaint of a noise disturbance.
