Harassment. A woman on the 100 block of 96th Lane NE. reported that her neighbor rides by her door and yells "poopers" at her dog. She has asked him to stop doing this. Officers spoke with the man and he denied the allegation.

Burglary. Jewelry, cash and a computer were stolen from a home on the 12600 block of Taylor Street NE.

Theft. A camera was stolen during a family birthday party at a home on the 1800 block of Center Street.

Theft. Tools were stolen from a vehicle on the 13300 block of Linwood Forest Circle.

Drunken driving. A 53-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving, possession of drugs and possession of paraphernalia after the vehicle she was driving was stopped for moving violations on Lexington Avenue and Lake Drive.

Theft. A pack of cigarettes was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway on the 10500 block of Wren Street NW.

OCT. 6

Medical. A 23-year-old man was transported to the hospital after he overdosed on heroine in the 5400 block of Meister Road.

OCT. 7

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked car parked at Manomin Park, 6700 East River Road NE.

LEXINGTON

SEPT. 28

Drunken driving. A 37-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving after her vehicle was found parked in the middle of South Highway Drive and Restwood Road.

OCT. 8

Assault. A 35-year-old man was arrested for assaulting his daughter and ex-girlfriend on the 8900 block of Hamline Avenue.

MOUNDS VIEW

OCT. 3

Littering. A woman was caught dumping leaves in a park on the 8300 block of Long Lake Road. She was ordered to clean up the leaves and instructed on the compost hours.

Theft. A bird bath was stolen from the 3500 block of Woodale Drive.

OCT. 4

Burglary. A faucet and copper water lines were stolen from a vacant home on the 5400 block of Erickson Road.

Assault. A 26-year-old man was arrested at an apartment on the 6100 block of Rivlyn Avenue NW. for domestic assault, disorderly conduct and interference with a 911 call that took place in Champlin.

OCT. 2

Theft. A utility trailer was stolen from the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 6200 block of Bunker Lake Boulevard NW. It had been left unlocked.

OCT. 22

Tobacco violation. A 15-year-old girl was cited for possession of tobacco at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. NE.

OCT. 23

Indecent exposure. A 17-year-old boy was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure after running naked across the football field during halftime at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. NE.

OCT. 26

Theft. A scooter was stolen from the front yard of a home on the 2500 block of St. Anthony Boulevard. It was left in the yard overnight.

OCT. 28

Theft. A 38-year-old woman was identified as the culprit who had been stealing two Sunday newspapers for the past 11 months from BP, 3813 Stinson Blvd. The business owner and woman reached a civil agreement for repayment of the stolen papers.
