Theft. Christmas lights were stolen from the front yard of a home in the 1700 block of 127th Avenue NE.

Theft. Electronics were stolen from the yard of a home in the 11000 block of Woodhaven Court.

Burglary. A television and guns were stolen from a home in the 200 block of Elm Road. Entry was gained through an unlocked door.
FRIDLEY

Assist public. Officers mediated an argument between a mother and child at a home in the 600 block of NE. Hugo St. Officers provided counseling and other options.
DEC. 3
Littering. A tarp containing deer organs was left on the road in the 100 block of Gardena Avenue NE.
DEC. 5
Assist public. A 1-year-old child was locked inside a vehicle in the 1500 block of Camelot Lane NE. A police officer used tools to free the child from the vehicle.

Robbery. A male reported being robbed at gunpoint in the 5700 block of NE. 2nd Street after making an appointment for an erotic massage.

Theft. A donation box was stolen from Oak Haven Church, 1555 Constance Blvd. NE.

Suspicious activity. A robbery attempt was reported in the area of Adolphus Street and Larpenteur Avenue.

Disorderly conduct. Two males and a female were arrested after a disturbance at Maplewood Mall, 3001 White Bear Av.
NEW BRIGHTON
DEC. 22
Theft. Coins valued at $25 were taken from a laundry machine in the 2300 block of Silver Lane.
DEC. 26
Obstructing the legal process. A 24-year-old man was arrested after refusing to cooperate with police officers on a routine traffic stop.
OAKDALE
DEC. 16
Suspicious activity. Two men were reported taking items from a garage in the 700 block of Guthrie Avenue. A police officer found that they were picking up a ladder for a contractor and were engaged in no criminal activity. However, one of the men had a warrant for theft in Dakota County and was taken to the Washington County jail.
Alarm call. While being trained in how to use a fire alarm, an employee accidentally triggered one in the 6100 block of Upper 51st Street.
DEC. 17
Animal concern. A deer with an arrow stuck in its shoulder was reported in the 7900 block of 17th Street. The deer was gone by the time a police officer arrived.
ST. ANTHONY
DEC. 24
Property damage. A woman reported finding a bullet on the floor at her home in the 3900 block of Macalester Drive. Officers located a bullet hole on the side of her house and took the bullet as evidence.
DEC. 26
Burglary. Cigarettes were stolen from SuperAmerica, 3259 Stinson Blvd. Entry was gained through a smashed front window.
