Drone question. A resident in the 300 block of Wildwood Avenue called authorities with questions about a drone flying over his house and yard.

Theft. Jewelry was stolen from the 11700 block of Adair Avenue.

Fleeing police. A juvenile was cited for fleeing police in the 200 block of Elm Creek Road.

APRIL 1

Lewd conduct. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious man in the 6100 block of Sunrise Drive NE. They found the 37-year-old man urinating in public near children and arrested him.

APRIL 13

Domestic. Officers mediated a verbal dispute between two brothers who were arguing over vehicle repairs and cost in the 7300 block of Central Avenue NE.

Suspicious activity. Two men who said they were painters inspecting a home for a buyer were reported in the 11000 block of Ironwood Avenue. The complainant told authorities that there was no buyer as yet.

Domestic. A 47-year-old man was charged with the assault of his 36-year-old sister in the 8300 block of Groveland Road.

APRIL 1

Theft. An electronic cigarette valued at $150 was stolen from a vehicle in the 7600 block of Woodlawn Drive.

NEW BRIGHTON

MARCH 26

Criminal damage to property. A dumpster was reported spray painted with graffiti in the 2400 block of County Road E.

Theft. A muffler and catalytic converter were removed from a truck parked in a lot in the 100 block of 5th Avenue.

ST. ANTHONY

MARCH 29

Robbery. Two 18-year-old men were arrested after robbing a 19-year-old male acquaintance at gunpoint and striking him in the head in the 3500 block of Coolidge Street.

MARCH 31

Theft. A woman reported her purse stolen while attending church at St. Charles Borromeo, 2739 Stinson Blvd. The purse was recovered a short time later after a 32-year-old man was arrested in an unrelated theft.

STILLWATER TOWNSHIP

MARCH 25

Suspicious activity. A deputy responding to a report of people on the Arcola Bridge found two juveniles under the bridge and cited them for trespassing.

WOODBURY

MARCH 28

Malicious mischief. A driver in the area of Bailey Road and Radio Drive reported that his vehicle was hit by a thrown egg.

MARCH 31

Suspicious activity. A resident in the 7800 block of Glen Crest called police about a vehicle he didn't recognize in a neighbor's driveway and a party going on in the home. It was determined someone was pet sitting at the house.
