Theft. A man reported that his electric scooter had been stolen from the front yard of a friend's home in the 300 block of Pleasure Creek Drive NE.

Theft. Mulch was stolen from the 600 block of County Road 10 NE.

Intoxication. A 30-year-old woman was taken to a detox facility after she was found lying in the road at NE. Rendova Street and 91st Drive NE.

Illegal fireworks. A caller reported that Sam's Club, 8150 University Av. NE., was selling illegal fireworks. Officers advised store managers, and the fireworks were pulled from the shelves.

Lauderdale

JUNE 9

Disorderly conduct. A citizen arrested a 52-year-old man who was yelling and swearing at his neighbor in the 1700 block of Malvern Street. Police later cited the man for disorderly conduct.

Lexington

JUNE 20

Traffic violations. Officers stopped a vehicle for equipment violations at Lovell Road and Dunlap Avenue. The driver, a 19-year-old woman, was arrested for driving after revocation, having no insurance, and possession of heroin and a hypodermic needle.

Maplewood

Traffic violation. A driver cited for speeding near Hwys. 38 and 61 had his truck taken out of service when an inspection revealed an inoperable emergency brake.

Burglary. Someone broke into the laundry room of a building in the 800 block of County Road D and took a bill changer unit off the wall.

Theft. Electronics were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 2500 block of 224th Avenue NW.

Theft. A pizza delivery driver reported $300 missing from his unlocked car after making a delivery to Titan's Sports Saloon, 1267 Geneva Av.

Ramsey

JUNE 1

Theft. A woman went to the police department to report that her 29-year-old son wouldn't return her vehicle after letting him use it three months ago. The 2004 Ford F150 was entered as stolen and later located in another state.

JUNE 2

Dispute. Officers responded to a report of a dispute between neighbors over kids playing in the 5500 block of 154th Lane NW. Both parties were advised not to speak to each other.

St. Anthony

JUNE 15

Traffic violation. A 21-year-old man was arrested and cited for violating an instructional permit, speeding, and ­possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop at St. Anthony Boulevard and Hwy. 88. A passenger was issued a warning for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Woodbury

JUNE 7

Suspicious activity. A resident in the 10000 block of Watersedge Lane reported that a male had walked into her garage and told her he was with the city. An officer made contact with the male after he joined another male in a vehicle. It was determined that the pair was taking a survey for a political campaign, which is not a violation of the ordinance against solicitation.
