Theft. Electronics were stolen from a locked camper in the 23600 block of University Avenue NE.

Suspicious activity. A resident on Dellwood Avenue reported that a man had stopped to collect packages delivered to them under his name. He told them it was a mistake that their address was on the packages.

Theft. Tools were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 15200 block of NE. Highway 65.

MAPLEWOOD

MAY 13

Ordinance violation. A man in the 2400 block of Harvester Avenue was cited for burning garbage and arrested on a warrant.

NEW BRIGHTON

MAY 10

Theft. Someone broke into a storage unit in the 900 block of 9th Avenue and stole a sliver dollar.

MAY 11

Criminal damage to property. An orange stripe was painted on a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Continental Drive.

OAK GROVE

MAY 9

Theft. A 1981 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera was stolen from a garage in the 22500 block of Zion Parkway NW. The keys were in the vehicle.

RAMSEY

APRIL 29

Animal complaint. A resident in the 6900 block of 137th Avenue NW. called police to report that a snake was in their yard. Officers removed the snake.

MAY 2

Theft. A woman reported that her cellphone was stolen or lost. Her phone was found at the police station, where she had left it while filling out a report.

Welfare check. Officers responded to a report of a 911 hang-up call at a home in the 6500 block of 164th Lane NW. The homeowner indicated that their young daughter had been on the phone.

MAY 3

Assist public. A person reported that a child was locked in a bathroom in the 16400 block of Uranimite Street NW. Officers arrived and were told that the child was no longer in the bathroom.

MAY 4

Lewd conduct. Officers found two people having sex in a vehicle at a city park and gave them a verbal warning. A short time later the two people were found having sex in the back seat of a vehicle parked at a business in the 9200 block of NW. Hwy. 10. This time, the 44-year-old man and 35-year-old woman were cited for lewd conduct.

ST. ANTHONY

MAY 13

Drugs. A 53-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, fleeing police and other charges, when a large amount of drugs and cash were found in a vehicle after he was stopped at Arona Street and Arlington Avenue. Officers had stopped the man for revoked license.

WOODBURY

MAY 6

Suspicious activity. A resident in the 1400 block of Palisade Path reported a man with a camera underneath their deck. When the resident went out on the deck the man emerged, took a photo of a house under construction next door and rode off on a motorcycle.

MAY 7

Suspicious activity. Two people found lying in a truck bed in the 11000 block of Brookview Road told an officer that they were star gazing. They were advised to leave.
