Suspicious activity. A resident in the 12000 block of 15th Street reported that a trail camera had captured an unknown person in her yard. The caller eventually realized that she was the person on the video.

JAN. 4

Suspicious activity. Two people in a vehicle on the shoulder with flashing lights in the 14000 block of Hudson Road told a deputy they were praying for the church in front of which they were parked. They said a friend had sent them in his car to pray for the church.

Drunken driving. A 33-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving after her vehicle was found in a ditch at Central and 85th avenues NE.

Drugs. A 43-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving after revocation following a traffic stop at University and 101st avenues NE.

Fraud. Police received a report of fraudulent credit card transactions for the sale and delivery of $632 worth of pizzas to an address in the 1500 block of Larpenteur Avenue.

Theft. A 38-year-old woman was booked for shoplifting and giving false information to police at Cub Foods, 2390 White Bear Av.

JAN. 5

Theft. A person broke a window of a vehicle parked in the 800 block of 2nd Avenue and removed a laptop, headphones and iPad.

DEC. 28

Welfare check. Two juveniles playing hockey on a pond in the 2300 block of Grange Avenue told an officer that their father had checked the ice to make sure it was safe to play on. The officer advised them to have an adult on hand while they play on the ice.

Found. A resident in the 15200 block of NW. Willemite Street found a hot dog in their yard and thought it was suspicious.

ST. ANTHONY

JAN. 6

Theft. Officers responded to Village Pub, 2720 Hwy. 88, on a report of a male customer who had left without paying his bill. The 37-year-old man was identified and mailed a citation for theft.

JAN. 7

Drugs. A 20-year-old man was arrested and cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 36th Avenue NE. and Silver Lake Road. A 19-year-old female passenger in the vehicle for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Domestic assault. A 52-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault after physically assaulting his 75-year-old father at a home on Penrod Lane. The suspect's blood alcohol content was tested at .304.

JAN. 10

Underage consumption. A 15-year-old girl was arrested and cited for false information to police, underage consumption of alcohol and curfew violation at an apartment in the 3200 block of Diamond Eight Terrace. Officers were unable to reach a parent, so she was taken to the Hennepin County curfew center. Her mother was later told of the violations and her daughter's location.
