Suspicious activity. A deputy responded to a report of people talking at 12:30 a.m. in a remote area near a home in the 12000 block of 60th Street and found two people who said they were saying goodbye to one another.

BLAINE

AUG. 5

Theft. A picnic table and gas grill were stolen from the 11000 block of Ulysses Street NE.

Theft. Two bicycles were stolen from an unlocked garage on the 9600 block of Quincy Street NE.

AUG. 6

Property damage. Playground slides on the 11300 block of Jefferson Street NE were vandalized on consecutive days. Holes were made in the slides by puncturing and burning.

AUG. 11

Theft. A dozen dahlia flowers were stolen from a garden on the 4600 block of 107th Avenue NE. The flowers were to be taken to the State Fair.

AUG. 4

Theft. A trailer was stolen from the 12100 block of Yukon Avenue.

AUG. 7

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from the 9600 block of Coneflower Circle.

Falcon Heights

AUG. 25

Theft. A chain saw was reported stolen from the basement of a home in the 1300 block of Larpenteur Avenue.

LAUDERDALE

AUG. 25

Narcotics. A 30-year-old man was arrested in the 1600 block of Carl Street for possession of meth and meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child.

LAKE ELMO

AUG. 22

Suspicious activity. A deputy noticed a male riding a bike while holding onto another near Hudson Boulevard and Lake Elmo Avenue at 11:35 p.m. Neither bike had lights. The male said he was heading home from work and the other bike belonged to his girlfriend.

AUG. 23

Suspicious activity. A man called authorities after his daughter reported being followed home from work by a white SUV in the 500 block of Julep. The daughter initially drove past her home to see if the SUV was following her. When she pulled into her driveway, the SUV stopped at the entrance, then drove away.

MOUNDS VIEW

AUG. 21

Burglary. A 1994 Ford Taurus, cash and electronics were stolen from a home on the 7400 block of Knollwood Drive. The vehicle was later recovered. The victim refused to file charges against the 24-year-old female suspect.

AUG. 22

Robbery. Officers responded to County Road 10 and County Road H2 regarding an armed robbery. An unknown suspect used a handgun to threaten victims and fled with a purse.

AUG. 24

Theft. Nine propane tanks were stolen from the 8400 block of Sunnyside Road. The tanks were recovered and returned. The victim declined to pursue charges against the suspect.

NEW BRIGHTON

AUG. 26

Criminal damage to property. Someone attempted to remove the rims and/or wheels of a vehicle parked overnight in the 900 block of County Road D.

SCANDIA

AUG. 27

Animal concern. A goat was reported missing in the 22000 block of Olinda Trail.

STILLWATER TOWNSHIP

AUG. 28

Suspicious activity. Someone reported people taking fruit off trees in Pine Point Park, 11900 Norell Ave.
