Burglary. Alcohol and an electronic cigarette device were stolen from a home on the 2600 block of Bunker Lake Boulevard NW.

Theft. A snowmobile and trailer were stolen from 1300 block of Nassau Court NE.

NOV. 1

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to Running Aces Casino & Racetrack, 15201 Zurich Street NE., on a report of a male exposing himself and urinating inside the business. The 26-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and a warrant.

FALCON HEIGHTS

OCT. 21

Theft. A unlocked vehicle with the keys in it was stolen in the 1800 block of Holton Street. A few hours later the vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run accident and recovered, abandoned, by St. Paul police.

FRIDLEY

OCT. 26

Noise complaint. An officer responded to a home on the 5800 block of Matterhorn Drive NE. on a report of a neighbor mowing the lawn past 10 p.m. The officer advised the neighbor of the noise ordinance and she agreed to stop.

HAM LAKE

OCT. 31

Drugs. Officers responded to the 1700 block of Constance Boulevard NE. on a report of a suspicious vehicle. A 22-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. They both admitted to officers that they were there to use heroin.

NOV. 3

Drunken driving. A 28-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving, driving without insurance, open bottle and not driving with due care after she rear-ended another vehicle at a high rate of speed on Highway 65 and 177th Avenue.

LAUDERDALE

OCT. 28

Tampering with vehicle. A vehicle was reported rummaged through while the owner was at the dog park in the 1800 block of Roselawn Avenue. The complainant told police someone else at the park had their vehicle gone through, too. A possible suspect was arrested later by Roseville police.

MAPLEWOOD

OCT. 22

Traffic. Police cited a 40-year-old man for driving without insurance and altering his license plates in the area of White Bear Avenue and Hill Road. Both plates had the number 3 altered to look like an 8.

OCT. 28

Shoplifting. A 54-year-old man was cited for theft after being caught leaving a supermarket in the 2300 block of White Bear Avenue N. with four rib-eye steaks hidden in his shirt.

Theft. A bird feeder was stolen from the yard of a home on the 100 block of Irondale Road.

OCT. 23

Drunken driving. A 38-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving and carrying a pistol while under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop at County Roads 10 and H2.

Theft. Campaign signs were reported taken from yards in the 2000 block of 29th Avenue NW.
