Noise complaint. Authorities received a report of someone playing a bass guitar in the 100 block of Birchwood Avenue. The caller said it was an ongoing issue, but a deputy checking the area didn't hear anything.

Disorderly conduct and possession of drugs. Two juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct and three juveniles were cited for possession of drugs at Jackson Middle School, 6000 109th Av. N.

FALCON HEIGHTS

APRIL 29

Warrant arrest. The occupants of a vehicle near Snelling and Larpenteur avenues were arrested at gunpoint after officers were alerted that the vehicle was wanted by St. Paul police. The driver was booked on a felony warrant, and a passenger was arrested and booked for financial transaction card fraud.

FRIDLEY

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of four males removing a screen from a ground floor apartment window in the 5400 block of 7th Street NE. They found that two of the males were trying to get into their apartment.

LAUDERDALE

APRIL 25

Traffic arrest. A 39-year-old woman was arrested and cited for driving after revocation, displaying plates from another vehicle and a child seat violation in the 2500 block of Broadway Street.

MOUNDS VIEW

MAY 6

Drunken driving. A 49-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving and failure to move over for an emergency vehicle at County Road 10 and Silver Lake Road.

Theft. A bicycle valued at $1,800 was stolen off a vehicle rack in the 2900 block of County Road H2.

MAY 7

Property damage. Nail polish and food were smeared on a vehicle in the 5400 block of Jackson Drive.

NEW BRIGHTON

APRIL 27

Theft. A trailer containing two earth compactors was stolen in the 600 block of Searles Street. The trailer and one of the compactors were later recovered.

RAMSEY

APRIL 17

Assist public. Officers responded to a report of a 6-month-old child locked in a vehicle in the 14300 block of Waco Street NW. They were able to unlock the vehicle.

ST. ANTHONY

APRIL 29

Disturbance. Officers responded to a disturbance at Salo Park, 2599 39th Av. NE. A 21-year-old man was arrested on a warrant from Ramsey County.

MAY 1

Burglary. Two safes were stolen from Broadway Pizza, 2702 Hwy. 88. There were no signs of forced entry.

WOODBURY

APRIL 28

Handicapped parking violation. A handicap placard used for a vehicle parked at the Bielenberg Sports Center, 4125 Radio Dr., was determined to belong to the vehicle owner's mother. The vehicle owner admitted to an officer that her mother was not with her and was cited for misuse of the placard.
