Burglary. A 23-year-old man was charged for a July 2015 burglary at Midwest Pawn, 530 W. Main St. Blood was found at the scene, along with the suspect's cellphone.

Traffic arrest. A driver near Larpenteur Avenue and Coffman Street was arrested and cited for operating an unregistered trailer and transporting a load that was uncovered and leaking.

Domestic. Officers responded to a report of a verbal dispute between a mother and her adult daughter in the 500 block of NE. Glencoe Street. They agreed to separate.

Traffic violation. An 81-year-old driver was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk at Arcade Street and Cottage Avenue.

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 5700 block of Quincy Street. A 24-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Theft. A bike valued at $1,260 was taken from an open garage in the 1200 block of Pecks Woods Drive.

Animal complaint. A rooster was reported crowing at 3 a.m. in the 6000 block of 27th Street. The complainant was unable to locate the rooster.

Theft. Nail polish valued at $150 to $210 was stolen from Sally Beauty Supply, 2701 39th Av. NE.
MAY 19
Theft. Someone broke into 17 mailboxes at Lowry Grove Trailer Park, 2501 Lowry Av. A washer was damaged and the coin box was missing.
MAY 24
Drugs. A 30-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle and false information to police at the Lowry Grove Trailer Park in the 2500 block of Lowry Avenue. The suspect, who also had two warrants from Washington and Goodhue counties, was taken to the hospital for observation after he told officers he had swallowed a baggie of meth.
WOODBURY
MAY 21
Suspicious activity. Two children were reported taking coins from a fountain near a business in the 8300 block of Tamarack Village. The children tried to exchange the cash for dollar bills but were refused. An officer advised the children and their parents to return the change to the fountain, and they did.
MAY 22
Suspicious activity. Upon noticing a police vehicle behind his cab, a man demanded that the cabdriver pull over and let him out in the 6900 block of Valley Creek Plaza. Police determined his identity but found no warrant for him.
