DEC. 1

Dispute. A woman reported that a neighbor was blowing snow into her yard in the 200 block of Baldwin Circle. The woman wanted police to take a report, but not speak to the neighbor.

DEC. 4

Weapon. A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a dangerous weapon, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for an equipment violation at Lexington Avenue and West Road.

DEC. 2

Suspicious activity. A truck parked in the 8000 block of 136th Street Court turned out to be owned by a beaver trapper hired by a local resident.

LAUDERDALE

DEC. 4

Theft. A report of a stolen vehicle in the 1600 block of Carl Street was deemed unfounded when the owner realized that it had been towed.

MAPLEWOOD

DEC. 2

Theft. Two jackets were reported stolen from a laundromat in the 1300 block of Frost Avenue.

DEC. 6

Theft. A female, 13, and a male, 15, were arrested in the area of White Bear Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue for allegedly stealing a vehicle.

MOUNDS VIEW

DEC. 11

Theft. Two packs of cigarettes were stolen from SuperAmerica, 2640 Cty. Road I.

Theft. A string of holiday lights and two candy cane decorations were stolen from a private yard in the 7800 block of Bona Road.

NEW BRIGHTON

DEC. 6

Underage drinking and driving. Authorities pulled over a vehicle for driving violations in the area of Old Hwy. 8 and 5th Avenue, and arrested a 19-year-old male on suspicion of underage drinking and driving.

PINE SPRINGS

DEC. 1

Suspicious activity. A resident in the 5000 block of Henna Court reported that her neighbor shined his vehicle lights on her while she was walking her dog. She said he also drove alongside her and rolled down a window but didn't answer when she asked him a question.

ST. ANTHONY

DEC. 4

Burglary. Jewelry was stolen from an apartment in the 3700 block of Chandler Drive.

DEC. 5

Drunken driving. A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of underage drinking and driving, driving after suspension, lack of a valid Minnesota driver's license and speeding following a traffic stop. A male passenger, 22, was arrested on a warrant for a controlled substance violation.

Domestic. Officers responded to Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Road, on a report of a domestic disturbance. Two intoxicated female roommates were fighting, but neither wanted to press charges unless the other did.

WOODBURY

DEC. 1

Dumping complaint. A resident in the 600 block of Sutherland Drive reported unknown garbage in their collection bin. A neighbor whose address was on some of the garbage admitted to putting it there because he didn't have enough room in his own bin.

DEC. 7

Suspicious activity. The driver of a vehicle in the area of Radio Drive and Hwy. 94 flagged down an officer to report another driver shining a green laser into his vehicle.
