Underage drinking: Officers responded to a home in the 13300 block of Quinn Street NW. regarding possible underage drinking and marijuana use. Numerous adults and juveniles, male and female, were cited. Parents came to pick up the juveniles.

Trespassing: A woman reported that an unknown male was attempting to get into her house in the 100 block of 102nd Avenue NW. She said he was in the attached garage. Officers located the suspect, a 21-year-old man who was intoxicated and thought he was at a friend's house. He was cited for trespassing and released to his mom.

Theft: A 40-year-old woman was cited for theft after allegedly stealing a pair of Christmas sleeper pants from Walmart, 13020 Riverdale Dr. NW.

FALCON HEIGHTS

OCT. 6

Theft from vehicle: Three cases of pop were reported stolen from a locked vehicle in the 1500 block of Larpenteur Avenue.

FRIDLEY

OCT. 3

Assist family: Officers mediated an argument between a man and a woman regarding their child's bedtime hours. Both parties agreed to discuss it in the morning.

LAKE ST. CROIX BEACH

OCT. 7

Suspicious activity: Several people were reported to be pulling up marijuana plants in the 1700 block of Ramada Avenue. The complainant was advised that the activity was the result of a search warrant being executed in the area.

Noise: A woman in the 1200 block of Skillman Avenue was cited for violating a noise ordinance.

OCT. 5

Possible burglary: A resident in the 14000 block of Norell Avenue N. stopped a deputy to report their garage being open and a mechanical pounding sound coming from inside the home. A search of the house revealed a radio-controlled toy that had been left running repeatedly hitting a wall.

Theft: Candy valued at $55.25 was stolen from a movie theater, 2430 Hwy. 10.

OCT. 10

Criminal damage to property: A rear sliding glass door was reported damaged by a BB or pellet in the 1200 block of Kari Lane.

OCT. 15

Theft: An unsecured motorbike was stolen off the deck of a home in the 20500 block of Kerry Street NW.

OCT. 9

Alcohol violation: An employee of Chipotle, 2701 39th Av., was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor after he allegedly failed a city alcohol compliance check.

WOODBURY

OCT. 2

Suspicious activity: A woman in the 1800 block of Bowsens Lane told police she is continually finding golf balls in her backyard. She said she has no idea where they're coming from and none has hit her home.

OCT. 7

Suspicious activity: A resident of Grey Eagle Drive reported hearing a loud noise in the backyard. Police found a large owl in the yard and determined it was the likely cause of the noise. Officers also walked through the home and found nothing suspicious.
