Nordeast Pub Crawl

As if northeast Minneapolis weren't going to be busy enough with Art-A-Whirl, Saturday also marks the return of the Nordeast Pub Crawl. While Nordeast is home to several pub crawls each year, this bugger appears to be a big one, if just a little less organized. Its head honchos -- two mysterious fellows named Kingsley and Benedict -- might not have any fancy T-shirts for crawlers, but they are promising a gallant time of good 'ol Nordeast drinking. They expect upwards of 200 people to make the trek.

The day starts at 3:31 p.m. at the 331 Club, and will move on every 45 minutes or so to (in this order) the Peacock Lounge, Mayslacks, the Knight Cap, Jimmy's, Grumpy's, the 22nd Avenue Station, Stasiu's, Tony Jaro's, Dusty's and the Northeast Yacht Club, ending at Elsie's.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020.
