RZA's next move Wu-Tang Clan leader RZA is a busy man, what with acting roles, movie scores and now an Internet chess club (check out WuChess.com). As for the music, the acclaimed producer is back with another solo album under his Bobby Digital moniker. While the first two Bobby Digital albums were subpar compared with his Wu-Tang work, the new "Digi Snacks" sounds lke vintage RZA. Hope his fellow Wu members don't get jealous -- they complained about his beats on last winter's group effort, "8 Diagrams." In concert, RZA is expected to perform with Stone Mecca, a live band that also played on "Digi Snacks." (9 p.m. Mon., First Avenue, $16-$18, 18 & older.)

Hip-hop under the sun If you didn't get your fill of outdoor hip-hop at Soundset last month, check out this Saturday's Asphalt Showdown at the Cabooze. The show is headlined by Doomtree's Dessa, who will perform a live set with members of Heiruspecs. Also on the bill are fan-favorite DJs Jimmy 2 Times & Plain Ole Bill and DJ Abilities, plus Active Ingredients and Heatbox. (5 p.m. Sat., 917 Cedar Av. S., Mpls. $8. 18 and older. 612-338-6425. Music in the museum Enough can't be said about the Mill City Live summer concert series. On the first and third Thursday of each month, the Minneapolis riverfront museum has live music in its spectacular ruins courtyard. Next week's show boasts more outdoor hip-hop, with rising local rapper M.anifest. The Ghana-born MC is a must-see performer who rhymes his smooth, uplifting lyrics over Kanye West-style beats. (6 p.m. Thu., 704 S. 2nd St., Mpls. Free. 612-341-7555. MillCityMuseum.org)

R.I.P. Cafe Havana in downtown Minneapolis has closed. While the Cuban restaurant/bar hasn't made any noise in a while, I'll remember the place for its good jazz and cocktails.
