A 'Situation' room at Bootleggers It's time to dust off that Ed Hardy T-shirt. Hot off the first season of MTV's hit reality series "Jersey Shore," star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, left, will host a night of fist-pumping Saturday at Bootleggers. The downtown party bar has partnered with Red River Entertainment (which recently held a "Real World: Cancun" party at Bar 508) to fly in the Situation. With his cocky attitude and ridiculous physique, the Situation became the trainwreck-of-a-show's breakout star (he'll soon launch his own fragrance, called Sitch). Before the Situation goes into full-on "creep mode" this Saturday, a select group of partygoers will be granted a special meet-and-greet. Here's how: Be one of the first 100 people to hit Bootleggers' $10 open bar on Friday (9-11 p.m., must call ahead, 612-940-2668). Or: Be one of the first 100 people through the door on Saturday (starting at 7 p.m.). The first 50 people on Saturday will also get a personal GTL gift bag (if you're unfamiliar, that's Gym, Tanning and Laundry). Fist pump!

Doors open 7 p.m. Sat. 323 1st Av. N., Mpls. $5.

Pub and Putt Costumed mini-golfers will take over the 1st Avenue strip on Saturday for the 2010 Pub and Putt Classic. The fifth annual event will have teams of four running a nine-hole gantlet spread across several downtown bars. The bad news: With more than 850 players, the Classic has hit capacity. The good news: You can still watch the action along the way or just crash the free post-party at First Avenue. Prizes will be given for best costumes. Rocking cover band Orange Whip will perform. The Classic will benefit three charities this year: Padraig's Place, Hearts and Hammers, and Second Harvest.

Post party 5:30 p.m. Sat. 701 N. 7th St., Mpls. Free. 21 and older. 612-636-0139. www.pubandputt.com.

King of 'rednecks' "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" must be on a break. Host Jeff Foxworthy is back on the road for a stand-up tour that takes him to the Mystic Lake Showroom. The original blue-collar comedian will most likely be up to his usual antics, i.e. the best redneck jokes this side of Larry the Cable Guy.

5 and 8 p.m. Sat. 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd., Prior Lake. $49-$69. 952-496-6563. www.mysticlake.com.
