Extreme bartending Any bartender can pour a drink. But only a few can juggle liquor bottles as if they were bean bags. It's been a while since the Twin Cities has seen a good flair bartending show. Now two of the area's top flair specialists, Brian Zachau and Paul Trzcianko, have put together one for Monday night at TGIFriday's in Maple Grove. The duo are bringing in Dario Doimo and Colin Griffiths, top-ranked flair bartenders from Las Vegas (YouTube them). Doimo, originally from Italy, won the 2008 Legends of Bartending contest, which Zachau calls the "Super Bowl of flair competitions." The four bartenders will show off their skills for what is already expected to be a packed house.

10 p.m. Mon. 11830 Fountains Way, Maple Grove. Free. 763-424-3446.

Wrestling at First Ave Wrestling fans will be excited about one of the biggest "F1RST Wrestling" shows to come to First Avenue in a while. The headline match, dubbed "The Return," pits former WWE star and Minneapolis native Sean Waltman -- better known as X-Pac -- against another high-flying veteran, former ECW star Jerry Lynn.

8 p.m. today. 701 N. 1st St., Mpls. $10 ($7 with student ID). 18 and older (all ages if accompanied by adult). 612-332-1775. www.first-avenue.com.

'Flip Cup for D-cups' Yep, you read that right. "Flip Cup" would be that venerable college-drinking game and "D-cups" are indeed breasts. The ingenious organizers behind the first annual "Flip Cup for D-Cups" are hoping frat boys will love the chance to play this relay drinking game out at the bar and -- at the same time -- help support two breast-cancer causes. Teams of five will compete Saturday afternoon at Brothers in downtown Minneapolis. If you don't want to compete (which means drinking lots of beer and trying to flip over a plastic cup), Team Boober Troopers are also welcoming onlookers. The money raised will go to Breast Cancer 3-Day (a national benefit walk) and Susan G. Komen for the Cure (a grass-roots network of breast cancer survivors and activists). The cost per team is $100 ($150 at the door), which gets you five tournament sweatbands and five pitchers of beer.

2 p.m. Sat. 430 1st Av. N., Mpls. $10. 612-339-4240.
