Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams was fined $7,500 for a hit on Rams quarterback Kyle Boller in the third quarter on Sunday. In issuing the fine, the NFL said Williams, "unecessarily struck the opposing quarterback in the head area."

Williams was penalized 15 yards for the hit on Boller.

As we reported today, right tackle Artis Hicks was fined $5,000 for his hit on Rams defensive tackle Gary GIbson. The league said that Hicks, "unecessarily struck his opponent late and away from the play." Gibson suffered a broken ankle that ended his season.

Meanwhile, Vikings coach Brad Childress said Percy Harvin will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Baltimore because of a shoulder injury. The rookie wide receiver, who hurt his shoulder last Sunday against the Rams, said it will be a game-time decision whether he plays.

"I'm feeling all right," said Harvin, who did not practice Wednesday and was limited on Thursday and Friday. "It will be a game-time decision. We'll warm up and see how it feels and be game-time decision." Harvin said the shoulder feels "OK' and that doctors want to make sure he can protect himself and be able to have contact.

Harvin was injured in the second quarter against the Rams. "It was hurting but I was able to make it through the game," he said. "But it kind of got sore the next day and day after." Right tackle Phil Loadholt, who missed the Rams game because of an ankle injury, also will be listed as questionable and wide receiver Darius Reynuad (hamstring) will be doubtful, meaning he will almost certainly miss a third consecutive game. Loadholt and Reynaud were limited on Friday. Defensive end Ray Edwards (hamstring); left guard Steve Hutchinson (back); fullback Naufahu Tahi (ankle); and cornerback Cedric Griffin (hand) are all probable for the Vikings.

For the Ravens, left tackle Jared Gaither (neck) did not practice at all this week and is listed as doubtful for Sunday. Linebacker Jarret Johnson (shoulder); defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (back); tight end Edgar Jones (hamstring); wide receiver David Tyree (hamstring); and wide receiver Mark Clayton (shoulder) are all probable for the Ravens.
