Minnesota Management & Budget Commissioner Jim Schowalter and State Economist Dr. Tom Stinson announced Monday, June 3, 2013 that Stinson will be retiring. Dr. Laura Kalambokidis, a professor of applied economics at the University of Minnesota has been named his successor.
